  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please refer to our shipping information page for estimated delivery times.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

 Return and Exchange Policy:

  • Printify is a print-on-demand company that we partner with to print our
    products, which means that all products are unique and produced only
    once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not
    supported if our customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed
    their mind.

  • If returns must me made Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item received, defective product).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned items.

  • In case of a damaged Item or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 7 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

  • We take pride in the quality of our products. So if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue, and we'll gladly provide a replacement or refund.
